Appointed as a Mentor at an Acceleration Program “HIGO CANVAS”

Has been appointed as a mentor at a startup acceleration program by Kumamoto City – “HIGO CANVAS.”

“HIGO CANVAS” is an acceleration program by Kumamoto City, that aims to discover, mentor, and promote future entrepreneurs that would create new industries.
The program also focuses on community development that supports entrepreneurship and new business creation.
By putting emphasis on entrepreneurs and startup companies as a community, and bringing in supporters and mentors from both in and outside Kumamoto City, the activity ultimately aims to build an environment where new industries continuously evolve.
The acceleration program will organize supports and events that align with the City’s cultural context, such as “Creative” and “Leading-edge Technology.”

Inspired by the ambition of Kumamoto City and the accelerator program “HIGO CANVAS,” we joined forces to provide our knowledge and know-how in startup development. With our support and mentor, we will push forward the entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry creation from Kumamoto City local to global.

Together with OTSAW, officially launched Singapore’s first-ever autonomous last-mile delivery robot in use, “Camello.”

Proud to announce that our design supporting startup OTSAW has officially launched Singapore’s first-ever autonomous last-mile delivery robot in use, “Camello.” In collaboration with large industrial businesses such as NTUC FairPrice and DHL, the robot will be in service in Singapore to provide on-demand parcel and grocery delivery. On 11th February 2021, grand launch event was held, in grace by Pasir Ris – Punggol GRC MP Yeo Wan Ling and Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information, Ministry of Health Government Whip, and vice-chairman of Pasir Ris-Punggol Town.

Featured in “HAKUHODO OPEN INNOVATION”

As a first guest, the program invited Yasuhide Yokoi to share Final Aim’s strong insight on open innovation projects such as startup acceleration. He shared unique know-how by story of actual projects, for example autonomous mobility development with a Japanese startup, COVID-19 robotics development with a Singaporean startup, and new business development with an Indonesian enterprise.

Filed A Patent for Intellectual Property Management System

Final Aim, Inc. filed a patent (No. 2020-34812) for intellectual property (IP) management system. With this smart contract management system by blockchain technology, Final Aim enables accurate IP and design patent management in startups, for example, where minimizing corporate value assessment in the due diligence process is imperative.
